Zawiadomienie w trybie art.17 ust.1 Rozporządzenia MAR.

Zarząd SETANTA S.A. ("Emitent") z siedzibą w Warszawie informuje, że w dniu 27.06.2017 r. na podstawie transakcji poza rynkiem regulowanym zbyła łącznie 123.200 (sto dwadzieścia trzy tysiące dwieście) akcji EVERSPORT Spółka Akcyjna ("Spółka") z siedzibą w Warszawie, stanowiących 3,5% w kapitale zakładowym oraz w ogólnej liczbie wszystkich głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu EVERSPORT Spółka Akcyjna.

Emitent informuje, iż po transakcji opisanej powyżej nie posiada na dzień 27.06.2017 r. żadnych akcji Spółki.

SETANTA Management Board S.A. ("The Issuer"), based in Warsaw, informs that on 27 June 2017, on the basis of transactions outside the regulated market, he sold 123,200 (one hundred twenty three thousand two hundred) shares of EVERSPORT Spółka z oo ("the Company" 3,5% of the share capital and the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of EVERSPORT Spółka Akcyjna.

The Issuer informs that after the transaction described above does not hold any shares of the Company as at 27.06.2017.
