Zarząd SETANTA ASI S.A. (Setanta, Spółka) informuje, iż w dniu 16 sierpnia 2017 r. Rada Nadzorcza Spółki podjęła uchwałę w sprawie ustalenia tekstu jednolitego Statutu Spółki uwzględniającego zmiany Statutu dokonane przez Nadzwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Spółki, które odbyło się w dniu 27 czerwca 2017 r. (NWZ).

O podjęciu uchwały Spółka informowała w treści raportu bieżącego nr ESPI 27/2017 z dnia 27 czerwca 2017 r.

Treść tekstu jednolitego Statutu SETANTA ASI S.A. przekazuje w załączeniu do niniejszego raportu bieżącego.

SETANTA ASI S.A. (Setanta, Company) informs that on 16th August 2017 the Supervisory Board of the Company
Has adopted a resolution on setting the uniform text of the Company's Articles of Association Taking into account the amendments made to the Statute by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, held on June 27, 2017 (NWZ).
On the adoption of the resolution, the Company informed in the current report no ESPI 27/2017 of 27 June 2017
