The Management Board of SETANTA S.A. With its registered office in Warsaw, submits below the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of SETANTA S.A. June 27, 2017:
1. Piotr Boliński - 800,000 ordinary bearer shares and the same number of votes, constituting 100% of votes at this general meeting and 18.57% of the total number of votes.
